1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service Boost website/app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Service Boost, a DBA of Michaels Investments and Holdings LLC, provides a comprehensive platform for home service professionals covering the entire customer experience. Our platform includes tools for collecting leads through forms, automating messages, writing proposals and estimates with signatures, sending automated emails, and scheduling calls on a calendar directly linked to Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, users must create an account. During the account creation process, users are required to provide their name, email, and phone number. For full access to all features, users will need to provide business information and staff details. Users must apply for an A2P Phone number to utilize automated messaging. Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Service. By creating an account, users consent to Service Boost using their data for marketing and sales purposes.

4. Payment Terms

The Service operates on a subscription basis, requiring monthly payments or payments every 30 days. We also offer an annual subscription at a discounted rate. Payments are non-refundable, and users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and information provided by Service Boost are proprietary and constitute the intellectual property of Michaels Investments and Holdings LLC. Use of our systems and information outside of the platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user's account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, users' right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Sarasota, Florida. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify users by sending an email. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We anticipate updating these Terms twice per year.
